My philosophy

If you’re here, it’s likely because you’ve done the hard work. You’ve found the venue, picked the flowers, and dreamt up a vision that is uniquely yours. But now, you’re realizing that on the morning of your wedding, you’d rather be sipping champagne with your bridesmaids than wondering if the caterers have found the service entrance or if the cutlery is straight.

That’s where I come in.

Why me?

With over 8 years in the wedding and events industry, I’ve seen it all. My experience isn't just limited to one type of space; I’ve managed seamless logistics in:

  • Sporting Venues where precision is everything.

  • Luxury Estates where the guest experience is paramount.

  • Bespoke Marquees & Dry-Hire Sites where we build a venue from the ground up on a blank canvas.

I’ve spent nearly a decade mastering the "behind-the-scenes" dance. I’m the person who spots the missing button holes before the ceremony starts, the one who adjusts the lighting as the sun sets, and the calm voice in the middle of the wedding-day whirlwind.

Why I work solo

I choose to work as an independent, solo coordinator because I believe weddings are deeply personal. When you book me, you get me - not an assistant or a junior planner. You get my 8 years of "insider" knowledge, my meticulous eye for detail (yes, I will be the one straightening the forks), and my total commitment to your day.

I’m based in the heart of Cambridgeshire, and when I’m not obsessed with wedding timelines or scouting local suppliers, you can usually find me at home baking, or drinking coffee with my cats!

My Mission

My goal is simple: To give you your wedding day back. I take the clipboard so you can take the memories. I handle the suppliers, the schedules, and the "what-ifs," so that the only thing you have to focus on is saying "I do."
