This is such a common question! While your venue coordinator is an expert on the building, grounds, and catering, they work for the venue. I work exclusively for you. I manage your external suppliers, fluffy your train, fix small emergencies and look after your personal items. The venue is your host and I’m your personal director.

For my On-The-Day or Three Day packages, most couples book me 6 to 12 months in advance, with our ‘handover’ being 6 weeks prior to your wedding. However, if you’re feeling overwhelmed early on, my Power Hour is available at any time to help keep you on track.

You are in charge! My role is to take your hard work and execute it. In the final weeks I can take the ‘admin’ off your plate so you can enjoy the run-up to your wedding without the stress of logistics.

Yes! For my coordination packages, I am typically the first person on-site to greet your morning suppliers and stay until after the first dance (usually around 10–12 hours) to ensure the evening transition is seamless! If booking my Three Day package - I’ll be there the day before and the day after too if needed.

Yes! Part of my service is ensuring your tablescapes, signage, and personal touches are set up exactly as you envisioned. I’ll make sure the cutlery is straight, the candles are lit, and your guest book is perfectly placed while you’re busy getting ready.

To secure your date, I require a signed contract and a non-refundable booking fee. The remaining balance is then due 30 days before your wedding date. Once the booking fee is paid, that date is officially off the market for anyone else!
