On-The-Day Wedding Coordination

Prior to the wedding: 

•Walk through of your day, locations and timings. 

•Confirm timings with suppliers of their arrival and set up and collate their contact information. 

•Confirm your timings for the day, i.e speeches, cake cut, first dance. 

•Answer any logistics questions. 

•Check if there's anything you need or need reassurance with. 

 On the day: 

•Arrive at the venue and ensure everything is where it needs to be and aid with any set up not done the previous day. 

• Supervise and coordinate suppliers arriving and direct them where they need to go. 

•Place any signage where it needs to go. 

•Coordinate with any catering, including confirming any allergens or need to know information. 

•If needed I can ensure bridal party and glam team are running to schedule.

•Greet guests and show them where they need to go upon arrival.

•Making sure playlists are correct and play at the correct times. 

•Announcements to guests

• Ensure timings are followed by suppliers and catering. 

• Help clear down any decorations and/or personal items.
