The day before:

• Supplier supervision - Meeting the on-site team and ensuring all contractors know their roles and timings. 

• Signage and decorations - Helping set up any decorations such as welcome signs, table plans, place cards and more. 

• Ceremony rehearsal at your venue or church, with music to ease your nerves. 

• "Rain Plan" - a quick run through of an alternative plans should there be adverse weather the following day. 

Your wedding day:

• Making sure everything has arrived at the venue to your exact requirements. 

• Final Touches - lighting any candles, straightening chairs and cutlery.

• Guest management - checking guests are sat for ceremony

• Wedding dress train fluffing

• Organising confetti line in collaboration with your photographer

• Assisting your venue with any room turns 

• Encouraging guests to sign your guestbook

• Announcements including but not limited to dinner, the cake cut and first dance. 

• Emergency kit supply holder - Fixing broken heels, safety-pinning any breaks, dry hands needing hand cream, need a fresh breath and anything else! 

• Clear down - helping tidy any decorations at the end of your night

The day after:

• Collections - checking all suppliers have collected their items and all hired items are returned.

• Gathering any left items to return back to you such as any leftover cake, decorations, florals and more. 

• Floral distributions to any guests or bridal party still within the vicinity.

• Waste management - seamlessly tidying your venue back to its original state before your arrival
